Returns & Refunds

Because our products are handmade and many are created in small batches or are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or fragrance preference.

We want you to love what arrives at your door, though! If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when reporting shipping damage. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Candles, Wax Melts & Room/Linen Sprays

Fragrance is personal, and scent preferences vary from person to person. For that reason, we cannot offer returns or refunds based on fragrance preference. Used or opened candles, wax melts, and room/linen sprays cannot be returned.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Items

 Blooms are handmade, and no two pieces will be exactly alike. Small variations are part of the handmade nature of these products and are not considered defects.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
