Thank you for shopping ZooBou! 💗 Every order is packed by us with care right here in East Texas.

Processing Time

Please allow 3-5  business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Options

We currently offer shipping within the United States:
Standard Shipping — $8
Estimated carrier transit time: 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.
Express Shipping — $15
Estimated carrier transit time: 2–4 business days after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of ZooBou's control.

Shipping Damage

We pack every order carefully, but sometimes the delivery truck apparently chooses violence. 😂 If your order arrives damaged, broken, or leaking, please contact us at thezoobou@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can help make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. ZooBou is not responsible for delays or undeliverable packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible.
